Cozy camper at Lake Zwenkau

A lovingly modernized trailer could be your next exciting stop to explore the beautiful area around Lake Zwenkau, discover Leipzig, switch off for a few days or just as a short stopover. The 2 x 2 m bed can accommodate 2 adults + 1-2 children. A fall protection for toddlers can be installed (see photo). A crib can be provided. Thanks to its integrated heating, the trailer is also well equipped for fall and winter. The space The trailer is located on a quiet road in Breitscheidstraße (see picture). In the trailer there is a bathroom and a living/sleeping area. The bed can be converted into a dining table. Alternatively, a table can be set up on the bed. In addition, a bench with a table is available for use in the front yard. The front garden (about 70 sqm) can be used completely, as can be seen in the picture. Towels and sheets are provided. You must bring your own bedding (blanket + pillow) or a sleeping bag. For an extra charge of € 5, we will also provide you with the bedding if necessary. If you want to bring your dog and sleep with it in bed, we ask that you bring your own bed sheet for hygienic reasons. Running hot water is not available, but can be heated via the kettle or gas stove. Guest access At any time to the trailer (via the normal entrance to the property) and to the garden shower (in our backyard). After consultation in our presence, the bathroom including shower in the house. Anonymous check-in and check-out is possible by prior arrangement. A mobile sauna (easily accessible, as it is in the driveway) can be used after prior registration and with a lead time of 1.5-2 hours for heating, for an additional charge (€15 for 4 hours). Other things to note The caravan is supplied with electricity by the in-house photovoltaic system. The conversion of the camper was preferably carried out with old materials, e.g. the cabinets are made of our old wooden floorboards. The "footprint" is therefore left insignificantly small. The water tank for sinks is refilled before arrival. It is recommended to bring your own drinking water. Alternatively, there is a fresh water connection behind the camper. Bicycles can be parked in the front yard or in a lockable garage. Motorcycles can be parked in the driveway, in the immediate vicinity of the trailer. Slippers are recommended outside of summer. Do you want to visit family in Zwenkau or the surrounding area and prefer to stay nearby? The caravan is movable and can also be parked elsewhere by arrangement.
