Unique sustainable floating family house

Are you a water loving FAMILY? Welcome to our house! We, Wouter and Mijke (both architects) have 3 daughters. We designed and build our own floating house with a stunning view on the water. We are part of the most sustainable floating neighborhood of Europe, Schoonschip Amsterdam. We love all kinds of wateractivities, drinking wine on our terrace with a beautiful sunset, our kids have a lots of toys to play with and Mijke loves plants. No smoking, no parties and no pets. The space The house is a floating wooden house. On the main floor is the livingroom and open kitchen, with a stunning view over the water. You can enjoy your coffee in the morning in the sun on the balcony after your morning swim in the canal. You can enter the huge and green roofterrace by an outdoor stairs. You can see the sunset and stars while taking a warm bath. Downstairs we have 4 bedrooms with 3 double beds and one single bed. The single bed and two of the double beds are loftbeds. We have 2 bathrooms with water-recycling showers and 2 seperate toilets. We designed and built the house ourselves, its published in multiple magazines. The house is perfect to us but you can expect some details which need to be finished. We have a SUB to use and some bikes, including kids bikes and if available, an electrical cargo bike with childseats. For kids who can't swim we have life jackets. For kids (and adults;-) ) knowing how to sail, we have an 'optimist' boat! Guest access The workspace upstairs is not for guests.
