Bedroom with double bed, private bathroom and toilet, adjoining games room. Possibility to put a single mattress on the floor or a baby bed (without mattress) in the same room or a games room next to the bedroom. Notify me beforehand. The rest of the house is shared. We live there. The house is a 10-minute walk from the city center in a quiet area and 100 m from a park, 30 minutes from the beaches. Everything is available in the house although we share it. All rooms are independent of the rest of the house. Guest access They will have exclusive access to their bedroom, bathroom and toilet, but also to the kitchen, living room, lounge, terrace and garden in a shared manner. Other things to note Recommendations: please do not eat or smoke in the rooms. If you use the dishes, please wash them before you leave.
