Constructed in 1986, and completely redesigned in 2021, every inch of this modern retreat has been thoughtfully renovated to bring the outdoors in. Any questions ahead of booking just let us know! ** Tesla Charger ** Terra Nova has a 30 amp Tesla Car Charger available free of charge to all guests staying on-site. Depending on model of Tesla, guests can expect between 17 - 22 charged miles per hour. ** Pool Heating ** Our pool is a converted shipping container that functions as a luxury heated pool. The pool can be heated for an additional cost of $50 per night, during the winter season (Oct-Mar). Please let us know at least 3 days before check-in if you would like us to heat the pool for you. ** Pool Cleaning ** Our pool cleaner comes every week on Monday mornings between 8-11am. They're usually in and out in about 15 minutes and most guests never notice they're there.
