Based in Claudy, our basement apartment is an ideal stop for your visit to county Derry and is only 20 minutes’ drive from Derry City 30 minutes from Donegal and not too far from many of Northern Ireland tourist attractions. There are many golf courses in close vicinity to enjoy. Claudy is a great area for fishing too. Perfect for travelling to events in the city with taxi arranged if required. It is suitable for families also with basic TV, snooker table and wifi to entertain the children The space Our cozy basement apartment is spacious and open, perfect for family breaks. There are two bedrooms both have a double bed and one room has a double mattress . The main living area has a suite of furniture, a snooker table, kitchen sink and utilities . There is also a bathroom with a double shower. Our basement apartment is completely private, but we are close enough to assist you should you require anything. Guest access Guests will have access to the basement which is below our home Other things to note Kitchen area offers the following amenities: - Microwave, oven, hot plate, electric kettle, fridge, toastie machine, toaster, all kitchen utensils, There is a dining table and chairs. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and great double shower also. Although there is not a washing machine/tumble dryer in the basement, where possible we will allow use of our machine and drier. Cot and buggy also available if required It is surprising how cozy a space this really is
