Quiet Downtown Apartment

One block from Main Street. A full kitchen, dining room area, living room area, and a private entrance. Queen bed in the bedroom and a Queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathroom includes a shower and full-size washer and dryer. Licensed and Permitted by the State of Idaho and City of Hailey. All local taxes included in price of stay. The space Light and bright with lots of windows, vaulted ceilings, and an open floor plan. There are cellular shades on all windows for privacy and blackout shades in the bedroom to keep things dark for naps and late sleepers. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glasses, a toaster, and a coffeemaker, and includes a full sized refrigerator, microwave, full sized oven, and dishwasher. The house was originally built in 1926, so there is a bit of wear on the edges, but the apartment is clean and kept up. The beds are both new in 2025: a Queen sized Casper mattress in the bedroom and a Queen size pullout sofa (voted "Most Comfortable Sleeper" by Wirecutter) in the living room. Extra bed linens, towels, and blankets are in the closet of the bedroom. There is also a pack and play located in the bedroom closet. The living room features a 42" LED Roku smart TV and DVD Player. The bathroom includes a shower and a full-sized washer and dryer. Guest access Garage, main home, and back yard are not accessible. Upon booking you will be given a keycode to access the apartment and a password to access the internet. Other things to note Towels, sheets, dishwasher pods, shampoo and conditioner, and Tide pods are provided. Wireless internet access is included. Smart TV available for use with guest's personal streaming services. Occasional interruptions in service (valley-wide) may require system restarts. No shared walls with the main house. I charge a nominal cleaning fee, which offsets a small portion of the cost of cleaning the apartment between guests. To keep this fee down, I do ask my guests to get a head start on the process by starting the dish/clothes washers before they leave. :)
