Our front yard and porch are well manicured and thoughtfully maintained, offering a warm and inviting space for guests. We currently have 3 dogs and 10 chickens on our property and have plans to expand with more livestock. Conveniently located near uptown Charlotte, our home offers both a rural charm and central access to everything the city has to offer. Being a family home with 3 young children we take pride in always keeping a clean home for a good gest experience. Guest access 🏡 Shared Spaces: All guests are welcome to relax or socialize in the living room, kitchen, or on the front porch—perfect for extra space or connecting with other guests. 🧺 For Long-Term Guests (Staying 7+ Nights): Access to the full kitchen and laundry room Please note: Guests are expected to provide their own food, ingredients, laundry detergent, and toiletries short term guests will not have access. During your stay 📲 Communication: If you need anything during your stay and can’t find me on the property, the best way to reach me is through the Airbnb app. I’m happy to help ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Other things to note Extra fees: ⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Policy: I’m flexible with early check-ins and later check-outs for a $25 fee, depending on availability. Guests must receive confirmation in advance. A fee request will be sent via Airbnb either before check-in or checkout, and these fees are non-refundable. No Smoking Policy: Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged if smoking is detected indoors. No pets or emotional support animals aloud in room.
