Both spots have comfortable seating and electrical outlets for laptops and devices🙌🏼 The leather sofa in the living room lays down flat for a comfy extra bed. It also has other settings so you can lean back for relaxed tv watching enjoyment! Both bedrooms have very comfy queen beds and hooks for purses/hats/etc. The back patio has a army cot w pillows for reclining/anti gravity chairs/firepit/picnic table/grill and solar lights for evening shenanigans:) There is also a covered swing in the yard for quaint relaxation❤️ Guest access The driveway is shared so please park in designated spaces. You will have the whole house, large front yard and designated back patio, fire pit, swing, and partial yard area. Other things to note We are now offering stays with pets. We would prefer only 1 pet. After you have booked and noted that you have a pet that will be staying with you, we will send a request for the required pet fee. The pet fee is $20 per day.
