This is our air-conditioned west-facing spacious bedroom, with a single bed, shared bathroom, separate wardrobe and three writing desks with drawers, cupboard selves for books etc. and chairs in our 4-Bedroom fully-furnished apartment, ideal for research work. The space The building is sea breeze powered and a part of recently renovated, well-maintained and highly secured two building Housing Society Complex. It is located in a very quiet locality of Marine Drive. Guest access Amenities included in the price: air conditioner use, all essentials provisions in bathroom, freshly laundered bed sheets, blankets, towels and napkins, filtered water and a tray of tea and biscuits,. ALSO high-speed Wi-Fi access, Satellite TV, Gym equipment, drawing room with dining table, iron with an ironing board, gas stove, microwave, toaster, space in refrigerator on shared basis. The bedroom being quite spacious, it is possible for two persons to sleep on the mattresses on floor. Wife - Jyotsna is 64 years old. She speaks English, Hindi and Gujarati. Jyotsna is a homemaker and is at home every day. She is interested in cooking, watching TV, cinema, music, theatre and Yoga. Mahesh and Jyotsna will, with their background, be your valuable guide in your planning of local Sight-Seeing, viewing/experiencing/learning Indian Art, Culture, Yoga, Bollywood, Shopping, Culinary Experiences and will help you in saving a lot of your time and money by providing good info/tips as to hidden treasures of Mumbai. Other things to note Please note the following: 1. Please send to me at my personal email id, from your personal email id, a soft copy of your Passport and Visa or Indian Govt. Identity, for local authority compliance, by the time you reach our place. I will forward the same adding some information pertaining to your stay, with a copy to you. 2. We are available for check-in at all times. Keys will be handed over at the time of Check-in. 3. Welcome Tea with light snacks will be served at the time of Check-in. 4. The room cleaning is done on daily basis unless you convey that it is not needed. 5. Late Night Check-in/out Fee: Rs. 1000 (Between 10 PM to 6 AM) 6. Additional services available at an extra charge: Airport Pick-up (Rs. 2000), Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner (Rs. 300 each per person, only Healthy Indian Type Vegetarian meals are available), Washing Machine usage (Rs. 400 per machine load) 7. Early Check-in and Late Check-out will be allowed subject to availability and will be charged for half day rent, if it is for more than 4 hours. 8. Tea, light snacks and seasonal fruit is made available on complementary basis. 9 Guests are invited to test our ethnic food dishes on complementary basis. 10. If you need to leave your luggage at my place for a few hours after check-out, you can do so.
