Guest access Guests will have access to the entire unit with the exception of 1 locked owners closet. Other things to note All guests are required to present a valid form of identification that matches their Airbnb profile when they arrive to get their key at the front desk. There is also a minimum age requirement of 21 years old to occupy this unit. Just like any hotel in Las Vegas, Guest will also of course be required to present a credit card for a fully refundable, any guest staying 4 days or less is required to place a refundable security deposit of $100/daily. Any person staying 5 days or more the deposit is $500/max, this allows guests to charge anything at the property including restaurants, bars, pool, pay per view movies, to their room. If there are no charges to the room, a full refund of the deposit will be made back to the credit card on file by the hotel. PETS: If you are bringing a pet, you must select the pet option at checkout and pay the $50 per stay fee. You must also provide us with the Dogs Breed, Name, and weight prior to arrival. Like all Airbnb units in the building, you are paying for departure cleaning and will not receive daily cleaning or turndown service.... You are also NOT going to be paying the resort's daily resort fee. If you want a change of sheets or towels, you will need to arrange and pay for them with the front desk.
