A five minute walk to the Well Street Beach will make for memorable moments with your family and friends any time of the year. Chateau Cassandra offers 3-bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, washer & dryer and an attached garage. A fireplace and outdoor spaces that allow you enjoy all the comfortable amenities that make you feel at home. The space Chateau Cassandra offers a master bedroom ensuite bath on the main floor. Two ample size bedrooms are upstairs. Bedroom one has 2 bunkbeds and bedroom two has a queen bed. There is a full bathroom upstairs. Guest access Guest will enter home using the keypad on the garage. Access will be given on the day of arrival. Other things to note Please note that this is a smoke-free and drug free property. Any detection of smoke or drugs will result in a $200 specialty cleaning fee and you will no longer be able to book with us. No parties allowed we live in an HOA community and quiet hours start at 7pm. If detected that you are having a party or have more than the allowed guest. You will be charged a fee and be asked to leave immediately. While we know accidents do happen, please let us know immediately if something breaks or is not working. If not you will be charged an itemized list for any damaged items on property. Which is to include towels and linens, you will be charged $50 per set that needs to be replaced. Potty trained dogs are allowed. Up to 2 small dogs or 1 medium. Any damages or additional cleaning that needs to be done due to pets will be charged per items damaged and a specialty cleaning fee of $200. There is a camera in the living room for your safety. It is on at all times to ensure the home is safe even when no one is there. Please do not disconnect or move.
