Tiny House Bodensee - Koda Loft Extended

The beautiful tiny house is located in Lauterach – a suburb of Bregenz. The house can accommodate 2 guests. The premises include a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower (hairdryer available) and a bedroom with double bed (1.60m) The space The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The house offers Wi-Fi, TV (SimpliTV) as well as a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are also included in the price. The house offers a small terrace with seating. There is also the possibility to sit outside in our own park/yard. Guest access Parking is available right in front of the house (free of charge). Other things to note The center of Bregenz, Lake Constance and the city of Dornbirn are about 10 minutes drive away. Restaurants, supermarkets and a bakery are within a few minutes' walk. We will gladly provide bicycles for your stay. Excursion options are available in the house. If you are interested, I will gladly inform you in advance about beautiful excursion destinations in the area. I will also be happy to send you restaurant recommendations for any reservations in advance.
