Share 4,000 sq ft home. This room with one queen bed may share bathroom if someone is staying in room 6. (shower, no bathtub.) While the house sits back off of Highway 50, traffic slows way down at night and we all sleep well here. There’s a Pickleball court in the backyard w/seating areas to relax. We share a huge kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and living room. We enjoy the country atmosphere and being just 15 minutes from downtown Grand Junction. The space Come home each evening to a quiet, peaceful place with plenty of room to spread out. We have the fastest WIFI available in our area. There is space in your room for a desk if one is needed, and space in the garage for a bike. Guest access You’ll have access to the fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and comfortable living room, as well as the back yard with its Pickleball court and seating areas. During your stay I am available for questions by text at most times between 7 am and 7 pm. We’ll most likely cross paths in the house or outside. Always available in emergency situations, should any arise. Other things to note I have a “rescue” dog who is leery of people, but will not share your spaces. She may bark at you.
