My home was built in the 1970's, but has an updated Kitchen and Bathroom, polished Tasmania oak floor boards, and a few modern enhancements scattered throughout. It is a very spacious 2 bedroom unit. It's not a brand new building, it's an updated home. As it's located on Canterbury Rd, and you can occasionally hear some road noise. This is the perfect remote work home, the main living space has its own electronic standing desk, couch, 60 inch TV and 5.1 home theatre sound system. The wifi is 70mb/s upload and download. There is an anti-virus, anti-bacterial air purifier in the house. It also removes dust mites and PM2.5 particles in the air. The master bedroom also has an electronically adjustable motorised standing desk, a walk-in closet, queen size bed and tall boy to store your clothes. It . The second bedroom has a single bed and desk. Wash and dry your own clothes using the separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, there's also access to the back garden. The kitchen has all modern appliances you'll ever need! Oven, air fryer, blender, electric stove top, microwave, sandwich maker and toaster. There is free parking for up to two cars, and plenty of street parking also. *Very long stays are available, message me to organise. There is mostly a 28 day minimum on all bookings, if you see shorter stays they are rare.* Guest access Everything! The entire home is yours. ***Message me for extra long stay enquires. *** Other things to note Please be respectful of energy usage in my home, ie please don't leave the heating on when you go out for the day. The home theatre system should be used carefully, I've had a few guests who have decided to re-arrange the cables behind the receiver, please.... don't... do this... If you're unsure of something or you feel like something isn't up to scratch, ie cleaning, tell me ASAP via the airbnb messenger.
