Developed in 2021, complete with a stylish designer interior and everything you could want from a seaside holiday apartment, just a stones throw from Combesgate Beach. Fabulous views from the lounge and bedroom and the amazing outside private terrace. A rare find in Woolacombe due to its private position and not being part of a block. Well behaved dogs accepted (max 1) The space Angel Rock is a recently built bespoke holiday apartment located at the Combesgate end of The Esplanade at Woolacombe with the countryside backdrop of Combesgate Valley and the dramatic Atlantic Ocean to the front. The open plan kitchen lounge diner has a sleek modern finish and everything you could need. In the recessed snug area there is also a double sofa bed. There are full width patio doors to the front, which open onto a sea view terrace area and flood the apartment with light. The bedroom has a king size bed and another great sea view. Off the lounge area is the shower room complete with a rain head style shower. Outside the property is a fabulous sea view decked raised terrace with glass balustrade. This spacious suntrap is perfect for outside dining and relaxing. Just to the front of this terrace is off street parking for one vehicle. All of this being within a level walking distance of Woolacombe Beach, Barricane Beach and Combesgate Beach and all that Woolacombe village has to offer simply makes this a truly outstanding holiday home. Guest access Woolacombe has a decent bus service between Mortehoe, Ilfracombe and Barnstaple an there is a bus stop just minutes from the apartment. If you are driving there is free onsite parking for one vehicle at the apartment. Further into the village there is parking by the beach, along the seafront and by the shops and bars etc. Other things to note The apartment can sleep up to 2 adults max or up of 2 adults and 2 children. We cannot sleep 3 or 4 adults. We are happy to accept 1 dog which should be kept off the sofas/bed. Thank you
