Didsbury village. Sole use. Large Room. Owner away

Cosy spacious double room in Didsbury village. Comfy Double bed plus a sofa (which is a sofabed for one person if 3 of you staying) dining table and chairs, TV with Virgin Media. Parking on drive. I work away and so during your stay you will have exclusive use of the bathroom and kitchen. Only my bedroom is out of bounds. The space A huge window with leafy outlook brings light and privacy to the large room. There's a double bed. a sofa, dining table. TV with Virgin Media, WiFi. Shelves, hanging space and plenty of storage. The kitchen and bathroom are usually shared with me but I will be working away during your stay, so only my bedroom is out of bounds and the rest of the flat would be yours. It's a really sunny happy space and I've loved living here for the last 5 years. It's a bit quirky and still a work in progress, it's definitely not a show home, but it's my home and I'm happy to share it with you. Enjoy. I hope you like it as much as I do. Guest access Didsbury village is really friendly. A plethora of bars and cafes. Then there's West Didsbury with even more. There's loads of parks and green spaces nearby and the beautiful river to walk along. During your stay The keys will be in the safe and I'll send all instructions prior to your arrival. Any questions just text or call me. There's is a key holder who lives locally should you need them. Other things to note Heating is controlled via the controls on the radiators in each room. Keep as warm as you like but be mindful to turn them off if you are out all day.
