The passage to the property is via an incredibly rough narrow farm track with 6 gates to open and close from the road up to the property with very few passing places - not for the faint hearted or nervous driver. Damage to the sides of your tyres can occur if you stray from the centre of the track and drive too close to the sides particularly towards the top of the track on the left hand side.
