Welcome to our charming garden apartment located within the Aquatika Beach Resort Like Complex in Loiza, Puerto Rico. Our comfortable and stylishly decorated apartment is ideal for travelers looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation getaway. With easy access to the beautiful beaches, swimming pools, and other amenities within the resort complex, you'll have everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The space Our garden apartment features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it ideal for families or small groups of friends. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has two twin bunkbeds. The apartment also has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy dining area. You'll love spending time in our beautiful garden, which is perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying a meal al fresco. We also provide beach chairs, so you can enjoy the nearby beaches in comfort. Guest access Located on the first floor of the Aquatika Beach Resort Like Complex in Loiza, Puerto Rico. As our guest, you'll have full access to all the amazing amenities the resort has to offer, including multiple pools, water slides, a 'river pool', a jacuzzi, beach, mini golf (18 holes), volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, and a clubhouse. To ensure that everyone has a great time and to keep everyone safe, the resort requires guests to wear wristbands when using the facilities. But don't worry, we've got you covered! We'll make sure to have wristbands ready for everyone in your group when you arrive. Just let us know the names of everyone in your party in advance, and we'll have everything ready for you (The cost for each wristband is $10 and it's included as part of the resort fee). To ensure that everyone within the Aquatika Condominium Complex is safe, we kindly request that no additional guests be allowed during your stay. This policy has been put in place by the management of the complex for your peace of mind. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Pool & Beach Access Information: For your enjoyment, here are the pool and beach access details: • Pools Hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 AM • Beach Access: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (no lifeguard on duty, use at your own risk) • Lifeguard on Duty: Weekends only (pools only) • Water Slides & Sprinklers: Operate on weekends only Please follow all posted rules and be mindful of other guests. Other things to note We're thrilled to have you as our guest and want you to feel right at home during your stay at our property in Puerto Rico. To ensure your comfort, we've provided freshly laundered bed linens and towels for your use, including one bath towel and one beach/pool towel per guest. We also have at least two beach chairs and an ice cooler for you to take to the beach. To help make your vacation start off on the right foot, we've included some disposable amenities such as body wash and shampoo for each bathroom, three garbage bags, one roll of paper towel, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one dish soap, and one dish sponge. While we've made sure to provide you with the essentials, please keep in mind that we do not offer unlimited disposable amenities. It's your responsibility to review the amenities we've provided and stock up on anything else you may need for your stay.
