Located on the 1st floor with elevator in a residence 50 m from the beach, direct access through the gardens. A living room with sofa bed (140 x 190), flat-screen TV, table and chairs. Kitchenette with small fridge (without freezer), washing machine, microwave grill, 4 vitroceramic hobs Bathroom with storage (shower) Beautiful closed loggia with table and chairs, the bay windows open to ventilate. Walk-in closet Equipment: iron and ironing board, drying rack, vacuum cleaner... The space Accommodation close to the beach. Possibility to park bicycles in the Residence (provide padlocks or chains). Possible access to the Residence's petanque court. Please note that the accommodation is WEST facing (facing the setting sun) and does not have air conditioning (prohibited in the condominium). The accommodation has thermal curtains, there is only a fan in the living room (on the ceiling). If you are intolerant to heat, opt for a stay out of season. Please note that the cabin is not a bedroom (you do not turn around the bed) but a cabin with a sliding door. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are not provided. Possibility to book in advance: €10/pers for sheets €15/pers for sheets + towels No parking space with the unit. Parking spaces on the streets (free) but in summer in Canet, you won't be alone!
