Copper Creek Farm

Ever wanted to try your hand at farming? We have chickens, cows and sheep that you can be up close and personal with! Seed is provided to feed the chickens. Also, as season permits, you can help yourself to the garden and fruit trees! You will have access to the entire top floor which includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, a dining area, living room, and balcony to take in the amazing copper colored mountains! Please note: Full-time renter in bottom half of home and farm hand on acreage in RV. The space Quaint, charming farm house with original wood floors and beautiful views of the copper mountains! The kitchen has brand new appliances. Outside areas can especially be enjoyed by pets and children! Free range chickens are kept in the fenced in area of the pasture. Their chicken coop has an automatic door that lets them in and out at specific times of the day. Please close main gate behind you so chickens don’t get out of the pasture. Please note: Bottom half of the home is rented full time. He is a young, single adult with a full time job and is usually only home during the evening and weekends. There is a door to the stairway that remains locked from the top floor. The spaces are completely separated as he has a walk out door out of the bottom Apartment. Guest access Door code will be sent the day of your arrival. Other things to note Pets are welcome but please keep them off of furniture. Thank you in advanced! Also, please pick up after pet outside, and do not let them into the pasture where the chickens and cows roam!
