Other things to note The outdoor shower is only available in the summer (July - August). The dock is only available in the summer. The dock and boat hoist are stacked and stored on the beach over the winter (October - May). The outdoor furniture is only available in the late spring through early fall depending on weather. It is stored in the garage during the winter to prevent snow damage. While the garage is accessible year round for storage (e.g. bikes, skis, snowboards, ski boots), there is not room to park cars in the garage during the winter as it is used to store the outdoor furniture. 3 parking spots are available in the two driveways that are cleared of snow during the winter. The driveway, walkways, and path to the hot tub will be cleared any time there is 4" or more of snow. The deck is not cleared of snow. There is a shovel in the garage if you need to clear snow before the crew arrives.
