Located in Bailey, an easy one-hour drive from Denver, you'll be greeted with views that take your breath away. Plenty of hiking, biking, kayaking, and fly fishing nearby. 9 min to Meridian Trail, 10 min to Deer Creek Trailhead, 10 min to Deer Creek wedding venue -Easy to access -Strong WiFi The space This A-frame sits at 9,000 ft on over an acre and is surrounded by beautiful pine trees and aspens. It's ideal for reconnecting with wellbeing and nature or for finding new adventures. The home has three levels - main, loft and lower - perfect for one couple and roomy enough for 6. Sleeping arrangement include 1 queen bed in the loft bedroom, twin beds in both bedrooms on the lower level which also features a full size futon in the sitting room. The coffee carousel includes not only coffee but also breakfast tea, green tea, and hot cocoa. A full bath is also on this level. The spacious living room includes a smart tv, a cozy wood-burning fireplace and a treasure chest full of games and puzzles. Spread out the floor cushions in front of the fire. Take your cup of coffee out on the front deck and watch the sunrise. Be sure not to miss the sunset on the back deck, also ideal for star-gazing. LOFT BEDROOM: Spiral stairs lead up to french doors that open to a dreamy queen loft bedroom. (Bathroom is down on the main level) LOFT ZEN SPACE: A second spiral staircase takes you up to the space that features yoga mats, straps and meditation cushions. Read a book, get grounded, get inspired, or take in the mountain views. WALK OUT LOWER LEVEL: The stairs are a bit awkward but a little agility and creative footwork will get you down to both twin bedrooms and a sitting room that includes a futon which folds out to a comfy full size bed. A fan of wine? You'll love the wine barrel vanity in the bathroom. Like baths? Soak in the antique cast iron claw foot tub and relax or soothe sore muscles. Competitive? The game room comes completed with a pool table, foosball and darts. HOT TUB: Our 6 person mineral hot tub is a chemical free, natural hot springs that provides the most relaxing detoxifying experience. DOG FRIENDLY Front deck and side yard are fenced in to allow dogs to play safely. Guest access Contact-less check-in via key coded door locks. Door code is set to the last 4 of the phone number provided in your profile. Other things to note Some considerations before booking: There are cameras on the exterior of the property for security purpose. One is located on the detached garage, the other overlooking the side yard. Both are facing the driveways. No cameras inside. Pets: No more than 2 dogs per reservation. They must be house-trained and well behaved. There is an additional $50 cleaning fee per reservation. There is a $100 fee for pets that were not registered prior to check-in. An additional fee will be charged to repair/replace any items that are damaged or for any cleaning complications that may arise due to your pets. Absolutely no campfires. The cabin is not child-proof. The spiral staircases and steps down to the basement level are fun for the fit and agile but those with limited mobility will find them frustrating. The loft bedroom with a queen bed is accessed by a spiral staircase. There is no bathroom in the loft. It is on the main level at the bottom of the staircase. The stovetop requires induction-compatible cookware which is provided. Those planning to bring special cookware should first make sure it's compatible. Cabin does not include a dishwasher or A/C.
