Our beautiful bright apartment is located within walking distance of the lake. It is located between the beach/steamboat jetty and the old villa, which is why all activities on the lake are within walking distance. In the second row, it is away from the hustle and bustle and therefore quiet. You have your own terrace with adjoining communal garden with a large trampoline/swing. The space The vacation apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building where we also live. The living-dining area as well as private terrace and garden are on the south side, so the apartment is nice and bright and invites you to linger. The bathroom consists of a toilet, shower and bathtub. It is heated with underfloor heating, so it is nice and warm in winter, not too hot in summer, which is why air conditioning is unnecessary. Bicycles, strollers, SUPs can be parked and locked in the shed if needed. The washing machine is located in the shared laundry room in the basement.
