If you need it, please check availability in advance by paying a $230 fee ✔️ DEDETIZAÇÃO 🐜 We perform periodic dedetisation every 90 days. However, due to the tropical climate and urban environment, it is possible that insects or pests occasionally appear. EQUIPMENT ✔️ISSUES 🔨 This is a residential and family apartment, like your own home. Unpreviews can happen, including equipment, and although we do not have the structure of a hotel, we are always committed to solving everything in the best way. We have external service providers and, at some times or days of the week, it may be more difficult to trigger someone right away. Still, we will do our best to resolve any situation with agility and appreciate your understanding should there be any delay. ✔️ VACATION RENTALS 🏠 We work with vacation rentals in residential properties.
