Smart dimming lights are installed in the lobby and hallway. Only guests and authorized personnels can enter the property using our timed access code and/or keyfob. CCTV and IP cameras are placed in the lobby entrance and hallway for your security. Keep Safe. Thank you! The space Studio with Bunked Bedroom 39.00 sqm Bed Assignments: The room can accommodate up to 5 guests. our bed assignments are (1) one queen-sized bed, 1 bunked bed, and (1) sofabed. if you are not comfortable with the bed assignments, we can provide bed foams upon your request. Internet: Converge Fiber (Primary) / PLDT Fiber (Secondary) our average speed is 100mbps if connected to our 5G network (dgreatv3WiFi) and 50mbps or lower if connected to our 2.4G network (lacasadegreatWiFi). An ethernet cable is also available inside the room. TIP: scan our WiFi QR code beside the office door to connect with our 5G network. NOTE: The connection speed varies with the connected devices and our internet provider. Entertainment: 1. Netflix 2. Prime Video (Amazon) 3. Youtube (Premium) 4. Disney+ (NEW) Food Preparation and Storage: Cooking is limited to induction cookers, rice cookers, and microwaves only. We will provide cooking utensils upon request. A refrigerator is also available inside the room. If you need additional tables and chairs or trashbags, kindly message us. Cooling: The room has two window-type aircons and two fans. Heating: The bathroom has a water heater. If the heater is not working, kindly message us immediately. Security: Timed access code or keyfob based on your booking date to enter the property and room. Guest access The Balcony is outside of the room where our guests usually stay to get some fresh air or smoke while drinking their coffee. It is behind the black steel door and fire exit. We provided chairs for those who want to stay longer at the balcony. Please take note that kids are not allowed within the balcony area. Climbing on the railings is strictly prohibited. The Lounge is opening very soon. I will update you once the space is ready. The D Great Hall is located at the third floor of our property. Most of the time it is usually close. This space is only available to guests who have event reservation. Smoking is not allowed in this area.
