The space At the Grand Traverse Cottage, you will have access to: * Full kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher * Fully stocked coffee bar * Complimentary snack basket * Queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress * Beautiful bathroom with heated tile floor and a large walk-in shower * Queen-size Murphy bed with a memory foam mattress * Two flat screen televisions * High-speed Wi-Fi * Full-size washer and dryer * Large front porch with Adirondack chairs * Free parking conveniently located directly behind the cottage Guest access There are two separate cottages on our property. There is a shared walkway and parking area but otherwise no one else will have access to your cottage. Other things to note When you book your cottage, you will find it is centrally located in Chanute, Kansas. The cottage is within: * Four miles of all major employers and schools in Chanute. * Approximately 1.3 miles to The Ashley Clinic. * Approximately 1.3 miles to Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center. * The TransAmerican bicycle trail runs immediately in front of the property. * One half mile to the Osa Martin bicycle trail. Although we love our pets, we do have a strict no pet policy. We can enthusiastically recommend The Dog Spot as our preferred kennel which is directly adjacent to our property. Contact Randy at the Dog Spot. Our properties are non smoking. Smoking is allowed outside of the cottages we just ask that you please clean-up after yourselves. We kindly request no large gatherings or parties while you are a guest. If your stay includes a special occasion and there are certain special arrangements you would like to make, such as flowers, champagne, or special food items I am more than happy to help make that happen for an appropriate fee.
