On a quiet country road discover Poets Hill, a modern 2 BR 1 bath guest house. The home was renovated from the 13-acre property's barn with serenity in mind. Take in magnificent sunset and meadow views through the sun-drenched windows. A wall of glass slides open to an 82-ft heated saltwater gunite pool (Memorial Day-Oct 1) & outdoor kitchen. The beautiful interior is highlighted by a double-height ceiling with natural wood beams, and a kitchen crafted from stone that opens to the living space. The space As soon as the door opens into the living space, you feel like you have entered a magical location. Experience the modern organic interior, as you take in nature's beauty through the walls of glass windows. Downstairs is an open floor plan with a well-appointed kitchen, a dining table that seats four, and a comfortable living area. Upstairs is a TV nook with a smart TV and a leather sofa. There are 2 tranquil bedrooms, one a king and the other a queen, as well as a full bathroom. The bath has a claw foot tub with a rain shower head. Outdoor amenities include an 82-ft heated lap pool with a retractable cover (Open Approx. Memorial Day to Oct. 1), Viking gas grill, outdoor dining table, and a fire pit. Take in the incredible views while relaxing by the pool or roasting marshmallows sitting by the fire pit. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the pool and guest house, as well as the fenced in grounds. Outside of the fenced in grounds is a beautiful tiny house/studio/office. It will be empty when guests are present for your privacy. Please inquire if you would like to add the Tiny House to your booking for an additional fee. Further down the way is the owner's home. The pool house is completely separate from the tiny house and the main house and no interaction is necessary. APPROXIMATE POOL SEASON DATES are from Memorial Day to Oct. 1 Other things to note The pool house can be rented with the Tiny House little studio/office next door if you would like more room. Please inquire. The Tiny House will never be rented to someone outside of your group during your stay. If you are over 6ft tall-ish, the rain shower head might require crouching. The homeowners' house (black house) is 200 feet away on the property with a shared driveway. You may see their car and you may see them in the yard of the main house only. No interaction is necessary unless you want to! Although the property is fenced off, so only guests can access the pool, the pool itself is not fenced. The pool also does not have a shallow end. (This is why we do not allow children).
