Self-contained barn with large, light, south-facing kitchen/living area overlooking grass tennis court in summer. Downstairs bathroom (bath/walk-in shower); upstairs bedroom with king-size bed OR two single beds. 4'6" sofa bed outside bedroom on non-curtained mezzanine overlooking living room. Entrance lobby. Washing machine. Parking for 1 car. Quiet country lane, 5 mins from Hurstpierpoint and Hickstead. 20-25 mins from beaches, Brighton, Glyndebourne and Gatwick. Table tennis available. The space The barn is cosy, but light and airy with a large corner sofa for relaxing on. There is a large dining table for working or eating and the well-equipped kitchen has a brand new induction hob, double oven, microwave and dishwasher. The bedroom is attic style and might not suit an extremely tall person. There are ample drawers and hanging areas. The mezzanine outside the bedroom features a sofa bed and provides a quiet seating area when in sofa mode or a 4'6" sofa bed. Note that there are no curtains to the mezzanine area so it is very light in the summer. Guest access Guests may access the south facing sitting-out areas immediately outside the barn. We do not permit use of the grass tennis court or the garden areas.
