This air-conditioned vacation home consists of 5 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as 2 bathrooms with a shower and free toiletries. The space Le Phoenix is a unique and comfortable house for up to 18 people: evenings by the fire with friends and family, walks and cycling in a nature park. Cooking and feasting together, visiting the Le Corbusier Chapel, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, skiing & climbing at La Planche des Belles Filles, tree climbing at Ballon d'Alsace, enduro motorcycle/mountain bike sessions... This old stone house with its garden is comfortably furnished. It is constantly being improved for your comfort. The 5 bedrooms and large tables can accommodate up to 18 guests. It is a Phoenix that is being reborn, little by little. Everything is not yet perfect, but everything is done for your comfort. The house offers everything that makes a group stay a real pleasure: two stoves that offer conviviality and warmth, heat pumps in each room for the winter, a garden with a large barbecue, a campfire. And don't forget: There's a baker across the street for croissants and baguettes for breakfast. This old building, renovated with character, consists of the following: An entrance leading to 2 areas... On the left side, a large dining room that can accommodate about twenty people. A solid staircase will lead you to a small living room on the mezzanine and to 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed, 2 single bunk beds, a pull-out bed and a single bed (1 extra mattress available). A second bedroom with a double bed, a single bunk bed, and another single bed. The bathroom, equipped with a toilet and a bathtub, is right across from the bedrooms. Right side: bathroom (shower + bathtub + toilet), comfortable living room, 2 convertible sofas, fully equipped and refurbished kitchen. You will find everything you need during your stay, including raclette and fondue sets. You have access to a room where you can store bicycles/skis if necessary. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed, and 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. A beautiful forest begins directly behind the house. In front of the house is a road with a 30 km/h speed limit. You can easily park 3 vehicles. Free parking is available across the street. A barbecue and its utensils are at your disposal (you supply the charcoal). Close to ski slopes in winter or mountain bike trails in summer, this house is ideal for groups or families. You will be welcomed by your host, who will explain the functioning of the house to you. Your beds will be made, and towels will be at your disposal. Household garbage is sorted.
