There is a safe cycle track from the house going straight into Manchester centre (about 10 minutes) The recently renovated loft is a comfortable double or single room and comes with a mini kitchen, bathroom and lounge area. The space is clean, cosy and comes furnished with a TV and wireless internet. Welcome snacks are provided for light breakfast. This is a great place for those who want privacy plus (for longer stays) you get use of the washer, secluded garden and there is parking. Would ideally suit tourists,mature professional or post graduate/business person. ,The neighbourhood is quiet, overlooking a cricket field and Salford/Manchester at the back, there is a leafy croft at front. The house is about 100metres for bus to city centre. close to all amenities, local bus, motorways. Manchester city centre is approx. a mile away (30 min. walk) Salford Quays 2 to 3 km. Close by there is also a swimming pool, local parks, a library and a recreation centre. Plus there is a good local bus route to all areas for shopping, restaurants , leisure facilities and Manchester's theatre We are happy to advise and support guests needing information or direction on local activities. Although situated in an urban city, there is a feel of green space locally, whilst being close to all amenities, making this an ideal location for travellers. for longer stays consideration of discount given from September to June.with access for garden and washer. Guest access The 2nd floor loft/flat space is a lockable and private, available independently and fully equipped for guests. There is adequate cooking facilities including fridge etc. Access to other areas in the house is at discretion of host. Use of washer etc (depending on availability and length of stay). There is garden and free parking. Other things to note The loft is self sufficient and secure . There are 2 flights of stairs to access. Other areas of the house are separate . For longer term guests there can be negotiation for access to kitchen and laundry facilities etc. Special rates can be agreed with longer term professionals or Mature students. From end September, only long term availability for Mature Student/Professional.
