Wynyardway

Centrally located, 3 blocks from the main street, less than a 10 minute walk. Wynyardway is situated under the residential home. Guests have their own entrance and driveway parking. The space The open plan lounge will greet you with comfy lounges, reverse cycle AC and a Smart TV. To cater for all your cooking needs the kitchen has inviting bench space with microwave, full fridge/freezer, bench top oven, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine, pots, pans and cutlery. Supplies for a continental breakfast will be in the unit. This will include tea, coffee, sugar, coffee pods, bread, spreads, cereal and milk. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds in each. A single foam mattress is available for the main bedroom or lounge room. The second bedroom doesn't have a window, perfect for a shift worker or someone who likes to sleep in a dark room. The bathroom has just been renovated from a shower over a bath to an all in one walk-in shower, toilet, mirror and hair dryer. For your convenience soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are all included. At the rear of the bathroom is the laundry with washing machine, iron/ironing board, clothes hoist and drier. To enjoy the outdoor area at the front of Wynyardway, there is a BabyQ BBQ undercover for your use and an outdoor setting. Guest access Access to Wynyardway is at the front of the property via its own entrance which is for guests use only. Other things to note There is a storage room next to Whynyardway which can be used to store bikes, skies etc. Please notify the hosts if you wish to access this room. There is an inground pool located at the rear of the residence which guests have access to via the side steps. The pool is available 8am to 8pm during summer and pool towels are provided.
