Nice and comfortable house, Moradas do Bosque neighborhood: 4 bedrooms and 1 suite; 2 full bathrooms, 1 toilet; living room with TV, sound, fireplace, bar. Kitchenette, refrigerator, freezer, dining table, chairs. Service area with washing machine, clothesline. Outdoor area: swimming pool, multipurpose court, gazebo. An attached building with a kitchen, barbecue, game room, sauna, shower, half bathroom, 1 full bathroom, outdoor shower, Japanese garden, lawn/garden with flowers and fruit trees The space The guest can enjoy the entire space, both inside the house and throughout the outdoor area with the equipment described above. The suite has a small balcony with a hammock from which you can see the entire property and parts of the city. Good for working or relaxing. Behind the house, a balcony with many potted plants and hooks for 4 hammocks. Great for reading, chatting and having a glass of wine at night… Around the house, a large and beautiful lawn where flowering and fruit trees and palm trees that welcome nests and in times of fruits receive visits from toucans and other large birds. More hidden, on the right side of the annex, there is a small Japanese garden that is very nice to meditate in… The gazebo is also very good for reading or relaxing… during the day, there is always a musical background of birdsong… at night, the moon and stars… For those who like sports, there is a multi-sport court, a swimming pool where you can also play pool volleyball (biribol), and a game room with table tennis (ping pong), pool, pinball, cards; or simply chat under a parasol, by the pool, on the balcony, in the gazebo… It renews the soul… Guest access Guests have access to all the places and amenities of the property, which is bordered by walls around and bars in front of the house. The neighborhood is a bit far from downtown, which can be accessed by a walk of maybe 10 minutes. The city has two larger supermarkets: Arco Íris, very close to Moradas do Bosque, and Ita Supermercados, a little further away. Inside the condominium, there is a small supermarket called Moradas do Bosque. There are several pharmacies along the highway. For those who like to walk, you can do almost everything on foot. At the Casa da Cultura, Rua Governador Valadares, you can get tourist information, and for those who are interested, a little of the city's history with old photos! I chose to share it, precisely because it is beautiful, very pleasant and, today, less used with my children living abroad… in addition, it helps us in its maintenance! Iva's services are not included in the package during the stay. If you want her to provide services, you must arrange it with her. Iva is a very good person, very dear to everyone.
