Sokol House

Sokil Manor is located in the Kyiv region, Novosilky village, Vyshgorod district, 20 km from Kyiv. This is a traditional mud house (heated by a wood-burning stove), but with all modern amenities. Built in 1937. When reconstructing the house, we sought to preserve the original rural character of the building, while providing a comfortable place to relax. Everything is in an authentic style: clay dishes, handmade wooden furniture and a wood-fired clay oven for cooking. The space The house has one bedroom with a spacious living room. A modern bathroom was created from the pantry, and a kitchen in the hallway. The interior of the house has a real oven, a bed, solid wooden benches and a large table. The entire space of the estate is a living creation of handicraft, made of wood: windows, doors, countertops; clay utensils are used for cooking, if desired. There is also a terrace with a comfortable dresser for relaxation and a dining table. Guest access Free parking on site. Guests can also enjoy a two-room children's house, a swing, a volleyball court and a trampoline. Within walking distance there is a forest, the Desna River and clean lakes. In addition, it is possible to organize fishing, cycling and horseback riding. Other things to note The estate is located on the same territory as the hostess's house. The total area is 25 acres (2500 m2). During scheduled power outages, there is no access to water in the house, in this case, if necessary, it is possible to use the generator.
