This space is suitable for 2 guests~ Your space is on the 3rd floor~ but only 2 short flights of stairs. If our street level condo suits you better & is available please ask about it. (No steps) We are one of the few Airbnb spots in GSO that allow pets. Please read our pet info. You will find everything from a sports stadium, (Grasshopper Baseball) GAC for your expert swimmers :) ~eateries, breweries, historical museums, hair salons, yoga studios, vintage shops & Broadway Shows within a 5 minute stroll! ~LeBauer Center City Park which includes a dog park!! UNIVERSITIES: (Most are walkable) Elon Law School Greensboro College UNCG Guilford College (Uber or drive) The entire condo is for you! Any guest over 2 Must pay $50 per night We are literally around the corner & if you need us we can walk over or you can text us for any reason~ You will not go wrong picking this city condo! This amazing space is right in the middle of the city within walking distance to lots of restaurants, breweries, Carolina Theater & even a healthy grocery store :) Nightlife is a safe well lit distance right out of our condo building front door. So go have fun at one of the many hot spots!!! & don’t worry about a thing~ Free street parking 5pm-8am M-F Free street parking on weekends Amtrak is within walking distance Parking decks basically on every corner Uber from the airport 15 min away. City bus stops are in front and behind the condo building Pets are welcome $150 for each pet Paid through Airbnb Must be paid before keyless codes or the physical address is given for your stay. Please ask me for details *We happily allow pets but not on our furniture or beds so if possible bring their bedding. If you’re flying in we will provide blankets etc.
