2-room apartment with private bathroom + balcony near the forest

We are renting a renovated 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor of our single-family house. The house is situated in a quiet residential street in the east of Ratingen near the forest. There are leisure activities and numerous hiking opportunities nearby, for example through the beautiful Angertal. There are good transport connections to the A3, A44 and A52. The train station is only 1.2 km away, the nearest bus stop is 200 m away. Düsseldorf Airport and the trade fair can be reached in 10 - 15 minutes by car. The space Food can be prepared in the eat-in kitchen. For this purpose, our guests have a refrigerator, two ceramic hobs, microwave, toaster, hot water maker and a coffee machine at their disposal. Tea and coffee are provided. Of course, there is also plenty of crockery and cutlery. The apartment has a south-facing balcony overlooking the garden. Smoking is also possible there. So that you can enjoy the sun in fine weather, a table and chairs, umbrella and a lounger are available. The bedroom has a 1.40 m double bed and a small desk with chair. A children's travel bed is available. The apartment can be locked. Other things to note By arrangement, we can prepare breakfast for our guests (6 EUR per person). English spoken! On parle francais!
