Central House is located in a beautiful rural village location in the historic village of Badsworth in West Yorkshire, on a quiet development of similar houses. A central Yorkshire location, ideal for exploring the whole Yorkshire area. Parking is available for two cars on the drive (garage use not included in hire fees), on-street parking also available. Private rear garden with mature shrubs surrounding it and outside covered seating area. NB Bedrooms prepared according to people booking. The space You enter by the front door which immediately puts you in the middle of the house. Turn left through double doors to the living room, or turn right to enter the kitchen. Also in the entrance area is access to the twin downstairs bedroom and across from that the downstairs toilet. Storage for coats and utility appliances is to the left the the full length mirror in the same reception area. The Living Room has a large wall-mounted TV with the basic Sky Channels. The TV is a smart TV. A DVD player is available together with a selection of DVDs to watch at your leisure. There are double doors at the end of the living room that lead to the outside covered seating area in the garden, a light to the left of the doors can switch not he outside lighting in this area. The Kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, cooker and hob, plus a large fridge freezer. There is a farm house style dining table for 4 people and an additional breakfast bar for two. Over the dining table is an elegant light that can be dimmed for a more atmospheric dining experience. From the kitchen you can access the rear garden via the side door. If you come back with muddy shoes please also use the front side door to access the kitchen direct rather than entering through the main door. There is a box for your shoes in the kitchen by the door. To go upstairs, there is a winding stair case that leads to 4 further bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower and toilet. The other three upstairs bedrooms share the Family bathroom and toilet that has a shower over a jacuzzi corner bath. There is one other double room and two single rooms. The twin room from the ground floor also shares the family bathroom for showering and bathing, although they do have the downstairs toilet to hand. Outside to the rear is a private garden with mature shrubs. This is accessed in several ways. Firstly it can be accessed via the side door to the kitchen. Secondly it can be accessed from the double doors to the living room. And additionally it can be access from the side gate of the property which leads to the cut-de-sac area of the development. In the garden there is the covered seating area, a paved stone flooring area and a grassed area. Guest access The property is most suited for those with a car although there is a bus service that runs through the village with buses coming from Pontefract and visiting the surrounding villages. Parking is available for two cars on the drive. There is a garage but the use of the garage is not included in the normal hire fees.
