I offer this duplex/mezzanine accommodation for rent to individuals or professionals on the move. The ceiling height allowed for a beautiful layout, and special care was taken in the decoration. Located on the heights of Gien, in a residential area, you have all the activities of the city center by going down a few steps. The Château-Musée is about 100 meters away. Quiet and bright, it consists of a main room with mezzanine, equipped with several living spaces: - Kitchen area = including a dining table and a counter. It is fully equipped and furnished with all cooking utensils. - Lounge area = sofa with coffee table and TV - Office space = desk with stool for remote work - Mezzanine/bedroom area = new 140 mattress on slatted box spring, with duvet, pillows and 2 pillows - Bathroom area closed by a door Note = there is only one bed: it is a mattress, designed for 2 people on the mezzanine. If there is no parking in the adjacent streets, the Château parking lot is about 150 meters away: there is always room. Other things to note Pleasant duplex located near the Château-Musée de la Chasse. The city center is about 300 meters away with all the useful shops. You have an Auchan shopping mall 5 minutes drive away. It is the ideal starting point for visiting tourist points of interest (Canal de Briare, Faïencerie de Gien, Châteaux de Gien, St Brisson, etc...) It is very well located also for workers at the Dampierre and Belleville nuclear power plants. Note = bed SHEETS (140 bed), are provided TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED: be sure to bring your own! You'll find pillows and toilet paper. Internet: high-speed fiber and unlimited channels at your disposal (do not touch the Bbox installation) Note: There is only one bed: it is a mattress designed for 2 people on the mezzanine.
