Magnolia Cottage is nestled in the heart of the quiet and sought after East Hill neighborhood. Enjoy the 1955 craftmanship that has an added touch of an entire update. Great sitting area in the kitchen, which gives a water view as well as for making your family a wonderful meal in the full kitchen. Master bedroom with a king is upstairs with your own special nook to read and enjoy your morning cup of coffee. Sunroom for the family to play games and a lighted patio to enjoy the night. The space The entire upstairs is the master suite with King bed, full bathroom and a sitting area with a lovely view of the Bayou. The first floor of the cottage is the living room, kitchen, breakfast nook, Queen bedroom, full bathroom, sofa bed nook and enclosed, climate controlled sunroom. We designed the sunroom/family room to be a place to play games and have fun while leaving the house to peace and quiet if desired. The sunroom is air-conditioned and a full size table with plenty of seating. There's a shared, multipurpose outdoor patio in the back with a grill, covered dining table and chairs and a separate, covered seating area with four cushioned chairs. Washer and Dryer are available and are located in the detached garage. Guest access East Hill is a very quiet mature neighborhood that we hope our guests will respect our quiet values and mutual respect for our neighbors. Getting around is very easy as we are close to Publix, downtown and the beach. Your walking distance to the Bayou and the local parks. Very friendly neighborhood and safe. Other things to note The space is simply designed and decorated for a family or friends. From the updates to the special touches, we hope you will feel at home. The back patio setup is lighted with a large covered pergola with plenty of seating for up to 10. Remote control the lighting and feel free to BBQ.
