Very much off the beaten track this self contained accommodation offers unspoilt views over Suffolk's traditional landscape, perfect for that getaway break. 10 miles from the Heritage Coast, the cottage adjoins our Suffolk 16th century farmhouse as can be seen from the photos. The space Access to the property is via a quarter of a mile very unmade up track. Unless you are a fitness fanatic own transport is a must but be advised that lowered cars or those with sports suspension may not be going home again. The single storey dwelling includes kitchen/diner with Aga cooker and microwave, a large double bedroom with door through to bathroom with bath and shower and a comfortable sitting room with TV. Built only 15 years ago there is underfloor heating throughout, TV and Broadband Wifi. The woodburner in the sitting room is ornamental only! Whether you are seeking self contained privacy or a base to explore this wonderful area from, come up and try it. Sat Nav will find us. Guest access Exclusive use of the property as described and guests are free to wander around the garden. Other things to note Up to 4 people can stay here if required. There is a sofa bed in the sitting room that folds out into an additional double bed. There is a £10 nightly supplement per person. Earliest check in is 4.00pm and check out by 10.00am.
