The living space is attractive and comfortable, decorated with original paintings. Each apartment has air conditioning (cooling and heating). The pool, surrounded by terraces, offers plenty of space to lie down or sit, or just enjoy. Children have swings and a lot of space to play on lawns, and a table tennis table provides recreation also to adults. Each apartment has a spacious terrace with seating and a view to the sea. The house is equipped with garden furniture of a high quality, which makes the summer spent on the terrace, balcony or under the open sky particularly attractive. Smoking is not allowed indoors, but you can find ashtrays on the terrace tables. Plenty of swimming, sunning and relaxing! The perfect private spot on Adriatic! The nearest beach is in the bay Jadrina. It can be reached by steep, about 700 m long, forest path. The villa is located on the edge of the village Drenje, only 5 minutes drive (3 km) away from the beaches in villages Ravni and Sveta Marina, which are known for its sailors, surfers and scuba diving spear fishing due to the extremely clean sea. Private parking is available for 4 cars. Distance from grocery stores in Ravni and Sveta Marina is 3 km. For night entertainment you can visit a very famous resort Rabac (13 km). Due to the mild climate, landscapes with medieval towns on the tops of hills, olive groves and vineyards, cultural attractions, and other similarities, Istria is called small Tuscany. From the villa for around an hour's drive you can visit Motovun, a beautiful Venetian medieval town in the center of Istria, Porec with exquisitely preserved Byzantine mosaics from the 6th century, unique in the world, Rovinj, most picturesque Istrian town (according to ADAC's guidebook) , Groznjan - unique in the world, city of art and music artists, Beram with the medieval church where all the walls are covered with frescoes (the most famous fresco is the dance of the dead), Pula, with many Roman, Venetian and Austrian monuments (the most famous is very well preserved Roman amphitheater - slightly smaller of the Roman Coliseum), Dvigrad, remains of abandoned two medieval cities, Hum, the smallest town in the world and many other interesting places.
