Quiet, peaceful and comfy. Lake side retreat at Unity Pond (AKA Lake Winnecook). 2 Bedrooms each with a queen sized bed. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Fish, kayak, hike, discover middle Maine, and the coastal cities of Belfast-Searsport (30 minutes) Camden-Rockland or travel 1-1/2 hours to Ellsworth, Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. Beautiful in every season, near to snow mobile & hiking & biking trails. The space Open concept living room, kitchen, dining room with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom all on 1st floor. Most ideal for up to 4 people. 4 steps up from ground level to enter house. Other things to note Lake Winnecook is also known as Unity Pond, a 2000 acre warm water body of water, deepest point is 39’, see online maps. In winter, spring or fall the water level in front of our house is deeper than in summer. At our camp, the water level is shallow in summer. The lake is fun for kayaking, fishing & winter sports but not ideal for swimming.
