Beautiful Mountain Home all to yourself!

Spend a lovely weekend in the Vail Valley at our beautiful home in the Eagle Vail community. The space Make yourself at home and enjoy the excellent location and beautiful weather in Eagle Vail. This is our primary home. We typically host guests while we are at the home, but in this case you will have the home to yourself. Enjoy the kitchen which has all the amenities one would need. Guest access Enjoy your private stay while homeowners are gone. You will have access to two living rooms, one bedroom with a new queen mattress, a full bathroom, a 1/2 bathroom, full kitchen, dining room, deck with barbecue grill, patio table and chairs and couch, backyard with fire pit and trampoline, laundry room and so much more. Added bedding areas include two couches, a full size bed and a queen size air mattress. The top floor, which includes three bedrooms and a bathroom is reserved as the homeowners private space. Please do not go up the stairs. Other things to note The home is not part of a rental pool. We live here full time and you will see evidence of that. For example, food in kitchen refrigerator. The 3 upstairs bedrooms are private and not included in your stay. Please respect our privacy and do not go upstairs. Dogs are allowed but must never be left alone on the property unless left in a crate. $120 pet fee. No animals on furniture. Please vacuum pet hair regularly. There is an upright vacuum, Roomba, and robotic shark vacuum that you can run automatically every time you leave the house . Per EagleVail covenants "Dogs must never be off leash while outside." Please clean up pet poo in the yard. No marking of any type on any furniture inside the home or outside. In winter, please wipe off paws of animal if they are wet. If you have a barker dog, please use a bark collar as this will be very upsetting to my neighbors. Also, do not let animals with long claws in the home due to wood floors.
