Anilao Duplex Villa with Dive Center

• Our place is beach front and has direct access to the beach • Gated garage (free and hassle free parking). We have about 50 steps going down to the house. Not PWD/Senior friendly. • Our place is 10-15 minutes away from the best dive sites in Anilao (Cathedral, Sombrero Island, etc.) • Dive center is available for divers. We arrange your scuba diving. • Restaurant is available on site for pre ordered meals only • No pets allowed. Max of 4 pax only. The space • This unit has two (2) identical bedrooms with its own bathroom (max of 4 pax only) • Linens, towels, and basic toiletries are provided • There is a kitchenette behind the unit for cooking. Utensils, basic pots and pans are provided. • There is a balcony in the duplex villa for your outdoor dining area and lounging area (beachfront) • There is a Main House inside the property available for other guests to book • Located in a tropical setting with lots of trees (please bring bug spray if you're sensitive to insects) Guest access Guests can access the Duplex Villa and the beach Other things to note • Go out for island hopping and scuba diving in Anilao. It’s the best! • We do not allow overbooking due to the limitation of our space and guest experience. • Kindly check the weather forecast before confirming your booking. Bookings are non-refundable. • Our place is not PWD friendly. We have at least 30 steps going down to the main house. • We are located in a remote tropical forest setting in front of the beach. Some noise and insects are out of our control. Mosquito repellant is available with our caretaker. • Water in Anilao is classified as "Hard Water". Please expect high minerals & salty water in the shower.
