The 1 bedroom has a comfy queen size bed, washer and dryer, kitchette, spiral staircase that goes up into main house for use of beautiful kitchen. A single fold out bed is available AND upstairs a colorful guest room with a single bed, shared bathroom can be rented. Private entrance and off street parking. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Kitchenette has small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishes etc and *use of beautiful fully equipped kitchen upstairs can be used.Lovely front porch for coffee or wine has view of sunset and Simpsons Rest. I am 420 friendly outside only. Other things to note I have 2 adorable sweet cats that don’t go downstairs and even people with allergies have never complained about cat hair. I’m retired and home mostly and my guests are welcome to have friends or guests letting me know beforehand if someone is staying overnight. I prefer letting me know if you’re gone for a few days so I’m aware of who is or isn’t here. Prices are for 1 guest (you) or tenant. If you have another person with you for a short stay it is $35 more per day. If you are a long term guest ( monthly) it has to be talked with me first if I approve and there will also be a additional charge depending..
