Feel right at home in this cozy and clean two bedroom, one bath basement suite tucked away in the quiet hamlet of Clairmont. Close to highway AB-2 S for easy access to the Clairmont Industrial Park and conveniently located midway between Grande Prairie and Sexsmith. Stylishly decorated with many amenities to help you feel relaxed and comfortable while you are away. The space You’ll have this suite all to yourselves. Private entrance with parking for two vehicles on the left hand side of the driveway. An open concept layout with an abundance of natural light and nine foot ceilings makes this suite a very relaxing environment. A sofa with chaise and comfy mattresses will ensure a enjoyable stay while you are here. Throws, books, puzzles and games are provided for your comfort and entertainment. Coffee, tea, bottled water and snacks will get your stay started off on the right foot. Guest access Guests may use the backyard… but bring your own lawn chair! At this moment in time the yard consists of grass only. Still it’s yours to access if you’d like :) Other things to note Clairmont is 9 km to the Northside of Grande Prairie and 14.1 km from the Grande Prairie Airport. There will be some highway and train noise during your stay. Earplugs will be provided in nightstands for anyone who wants them. Extension cord available for plugging in vehicles during the winter. The suite upstairs is occupied so you will hear occasional footfalls and noise. Please be conscious of noise levels and respect quiet hours.
