Enjoy some peace and quiet on our beautiful lifestyle block and avocado orchard in Magical Mangawhai. This private rural oasis is only 5 minutes from Mangawhai Village and 8 minutes from the main surf beach. Chill out in the garden listening to native birdsong, enjoy a drink in the sun on the massive deck, spend the evening stargazing or simply enjoy wandering around the grounds. The space This is a large single level 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located on a small, established avocado orchard. There is a generous master bedroom with TV, walk in wardrobe and ensuite down one end of the house. Down the other end of the house is 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom is set up with a queen bed. The other has a set of king single bunks, but is also large enough to accommodate more beds by arrangement. In the center of the home is a huge lounge, dining and fully equipped kitchen. There is a long, sunny deck down the entire length of the house perfect for outdoor dining. The property is fully fenced and very child friendly. There is a swing set, trampoline, plenty of toys and books. Portacot and toddler available on request. Please note this is not a party house. We have lovely neighbours and ask that you respect our house rules, including quiet time after 9pm. Guest access Guest are able to access the entire main house. Please note there is a self contained unit on the property (seperate to the house) that we ask you do not attempt to enter as this is a private salon.
