Private Belmont Basement Suite

Stroll to the Farmers' Market on Saturdays, local breweries, IX, downtown Belmont and "The Mall" for fantastic local food and shopping. If visiting town for a UVA event we are a short 2 mi drive to UVA Grounds (3 miles to UVA athletic events). Our newly added basement suite comes with easy parking, private entrance, queen bed, private bath, outdoor living space, and a kitchenette. *Please read the potential for noise as we do have kids and a (very friendly) dog living above the suite. The space The room is a small studio space so we designed the walkout patio to be a relaxing outdoor living room to help guests spread out. You'll find local beer/cider in the fridge to enjoy on the basement level patio outside before you head out for your adventures. The bedside table clock has a built in white noise machine as well as a ceiling fan in the room to help light sleepers sleep in a bit as our family begins to stir around 8 am. During your stay We live above so we are able to quickly respond to needs should they come up. We do provide a list of our favorite food and drink spots around town along with local attractions but welcome messaging if more info is desired. Other things to note High quality air mattress for older children available or pack n' play for young kids. Please let us know ahead of time so we can bring it in for you and have it ready.
