Studio in the middle of nature. Unit has its own fenced backyard with full privacy. Walk to the beach or take a hike with many trails in walking distance. Evergreen State College is a 10 minute walk. Five minutes from the freeway and 12 minutes to downtown Olympia. Far from the chaos yet very close to everything. The studio is separate from the main house, has its own entrance and private bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a mini fridge, cooktop, microwave, Keurig, rice cooker and toaster. The space The studio apartment is completely separated from the main house and only the guest will be the user of the apartment. It has its own entrance and exit. The tenant of the main house will be hosting your stay, but is happy to have as much or as little contact as necessary. You will have your own fenced backyard to yourself. Pets must be on leash outside of the back yard of the studio. Guest access Separate entrance under carport. Other things to note The property is very quiet and peaceful. Easy to get access to the beach along various beach trails through Evergreen State College. The trails are visible on Google Maps, but if you have any questions just reach out. It’s best to check the tides for Eld Inlet before walking to the beach.
