Located in the picturesque village of Seaview, Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), Directly on the Sea is a charming 2 bedroom holiday apartment with private swimming pool, that provides guests with spacious and comfortable self-catering accommodation. The property is running on Solar and the electrical grid, to insure a uninterrupted electricity supply. Party’s and events are not permitted. The self catering apartment consists of 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom, and can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests at a time. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-plate gas stove, a electric oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living area features a TV and comfortable lounging, opening onto a covered patio with outdoor seating and a Weber braai overlooking the ocean. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, secure parking, private garden with outdoor seating, and private swimming pool. We will be available through out your stay to assist if needed. It’s the Ideal destination for anyone that loves the ocean and looking for a relaxed stay away from the buzz of the city. You will find a Spar (convenience store), with a bottle store just 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Multiple restaurants are within walking distance, as well as a pharmacy. For anything else you may need during your stay, Baywest Mall is just a 12 minutes drive away. Our unit is a non-smoking environment. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette afterwards. Unit is cleaned before arrival. Bed sheets, towels and extra warm blankets are provided. If staying for 1 week or more, cleaning and clean bed sheets and towels will be provided on a weekly basis. (No charge) Extra cleaning can be arranged. (extra charge) Strictly no pets, party’s or events are allowed. This unit is for a maximum of 4 adults, and 2 infants under the age of 2 years.
