Villa lejlighed is located a block outside of Frederiksberg, in Vanloese. 5 minute walk to Grondal train station and busses. 10 Minute walk to metro. 10 minute bike ride to the lakes. The garden is beautiful in the spring/summer months with morning sun in the front, and evening sun in the back. Only house on the street, which is charming and unique. Very quiet location. Food stores are 2 minute walk. Very child friendly! The space House is divided into 2 homes. Our house is main floor, and newly renovated downstairs floor. Main floor includes big dining room/ living room with access to front patio, tv room w/ fireplace and big New Yorker windows, fully equipped kitchen w/ breakfast nook and bathroom w/ shower and direct access to back patio for evening dining. Downstairs you have access to kids room with bunk bed that is single on top & double on bottom, with lots of books and toys, climbing wall etc. There is a master w/ queen bed, closet space and giant windows looking into the front garden. There is another bedroom that will be locked because it's my studio. There is a newly renovated full bathroom w/ shower, 2 full bathrooms total in the house. Downstairs has heated floors. Free parking on street. 5 minutes walk to train, buses & 10 minute walk to metro. 10-15 minute bike ride into city. Guest access There is free street parking. We have a driveway but I can't promise our car won't be parked in it when I travel. It is a 5 minutes walk to train, buses & 10 minute walk to metro. 10-15 minute bike ride into city. Beautiful walkable streets just across the train track in Frederiksberg house neighbourhood, with a park and playground. Multiple food stores, a coffee shop and Italian restaurant are 2 minute walk. Great location if you know public transportation or rent a bike, which is highly recommended! You can bike anywhere in the city within 20-25 minutes from house. Other things to note I am a textile designer, originally from the US, but have been living in Copenhagen for the last 9 years with my husband and two small boys. I know all the best spots to eat, get coffee, take kids, take your significant other on a hot date, shop for the best interior products etc. If you need tips I can help you out :) We renovated this house ourselves, so its very special to us. The house will have all of our belongings in it so I am expecting whoever rents this place to treat it with love. We have a zero tolerance policy for parties because we have neighbors to respect.
